It is easy to follow the "100 Mile Diet" at Falmouth Fruit & Vegetable Company. All of our produce (except lemons and bananas) are grown in the Annapolis Valley and travel from local orchards and fields to us for your table. From Rhubarb to Strawberries and Corn and Potatoes, we stock a wide variety of produce, Free Range local chicken, beef and pork, jams, pickles, maple and honey products along with local herb mixes. We also have an on site bakery which makes fresh homemade breads, pies and sweets daily and can cater to your customized needs. We also fresh pack and retail Local Wild Nova Scotia Blueberries when in season. One of our favorite seasons is the five weeks leading to Christmas where our elves bake authentic seasonal treats and retail many christmas products including premium Balsam Fir christmas trees and wreaths.
